Implementation intention seems like a valuable lever for learning transfer, but it also underscores the complexity of behaviour change and how learning something new is only one small part of the overall challenge.

I couldn't agree more, John.

This is a great example of something I had never considered in enough detail before reading about it. Whilst I've seen really great results using it since then, its greatest value to me has been the reminder of how complicated and how many unknowns there still are in this space.
