I think that's the one thing that we often try and get around, especially at events, is that this stuff is complicated and doing our jobs well is difficult.
And to be clear that difficulty does not stem inherently from a lack of knowledge though that can play a part of it. Knowing this stuff, reading it, is great but even when you know how things should be, delivering or working in that way within the constraints of an organisation is a whole different set of challenges.
Fortunately I'd say it's this collective complexity is the very thing that makes our job so interesting, so exciting, and something I can honestly say that, having written about five times a week for over a year, I am not even close to being bored with.
