Thanks Tom. Comprehensive as ever. Another technology is the slideware. I've noticed more and more words creeping into slides to the point where everything said is also readable! This creates more distraction and redundancy vs aiding in the learning. Facilitators are becoming presenters, aided by slide production tools. And the slides are the facilitator's autocue or the readme for those who didn't attend. Take away the slides and can the session still run?
